DANCEACISE will be holding a masterclass day at the Dancing Gardeners event held at Cedars Park on Saturday 26th September. We will be teaching fitness techniques on the new Precision Mat. Everyone is welcome.
Run by Vision 4 Growth, they are a not-for-profit charitable organisation which works in the community to create opportunities for people with sight-loss.
